Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment for a consultation, a complimentary Ann-VEDA sensory journey, and a foot bath. All massages include customized Ann-VEDA essential oils, hot towels, and scalp, face, and neck massages. Pressure is adjusted based on your preference.
Spa Etiquette:
- Cell Phones – We ask that all cell phones be placed on silent or turned off prior to entering the spa waiting area to maintain a tranquil atmosphere.
- Children – To ensure the safety of children and the relaxing environment for all guests, we only welcome children in the spa if they are receiving a service or are supervised by an adult.
- Cancellation Policy – We request a 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a partial charge of the service price.
Gratuities – Gratuities are not included in the service rate and are greatly appreciated by our service providers.

A personalized experience based on the Ayurvedic Tulasāra Philosophy and your choice of Ann-VEDA aroma. Depending on your needs, various massage techniques may be used, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, and Trigger Point Therapy. Massage treatments are recommended on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis to achieve and maintain optimal results. Your massage therapist will develop a comprehensive treatment plan.

PRENATAL MASSAGE
Giving life to another is precious. While carrying a baby is an exciting time, it can also cause body discomfort. Massage therapy during pregnancy can reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, and improve labor outcomes. We have special electric tilting beds to ensure that the pregnant mom is most comfortable.

The Raindrop Technique is a gentle, yet profound modality that promotes deep relaxation and overall wellness in various body systems. Raindrop Technique theory and practice are based on a combination of techniques developed by D. Gary Young. These techniques include “feathering,” similar to effleurage (Native American, learned by a Lakota elder), Vitaflex (an ancient Tibetan reflexology re-discovered by Stanley Burroughs), and various other massage techniques, which are said to easily deliver therapeutic grade oils to the body on a cellular level via the spine and arches of the feet. The Raindrop Technique was developed with the mindset of approaching the body holistically: mind, body, and spirit. Relax and enjoy!

Fascia is a three-dimensional web of tough connective tissue that runs from the top of our heads to the tips of our toes. Fascia surrounds and infuses every part of the body including bones, muscles, vessels, spinal cord, internal organs, and each individual cell. It, therefore, affects every system and function of the body. Because of this, MFR is considered deep tissue work despite its gentleness. This is also why when a Therapist works on your lower back you may get a referral pain/twinge on your face or your calf, or a number of different places. Because this technique is very slow, it is obviously a very focused approach and can involve repeat visits. The upside is that it is more effective and usually goes beyond a temporary fix for chronic areas. Clients will need to dress in athletic shorts (men) and athletic bras/shorts (women) for a quick structural evaluation before each session. FACIAL CUPPING
What is Facial Cupping?
Facial cupping has been practiced for hundreds of years in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. This therapy acts by correcting imbalances in the internal biofield, such as restoring the flow of Qi. Unlike cupping used on the body, no marks remain from this treatment. Small suction cups are used to create a gentle vacuum lift of the skin and other facial tissue. Lifting the facial tissue activates the lymphatic drainage to eliminate toxins, cellular waste, and excess fluid in the face and neck.

LACTIC ACTION
Lactic action 50 is a great exfoliation and brightening. This is good for dry skin that needs brightening and healing. More aggressive than 30. Great for dry more restive dull-looking skin.
TCA
TCA is the gold standard for peeling, a great fit for all, natural tyrosinase inhibitors, treats, corrects, and controls pigment. Great for acne wrinkles, and has vitamin E. Great for pigmentation, scarring, photo-aged skin, scarred damaged skin. Great for wrinkled aged skin, acne, and pigmentation.

Jessners are true Jessners. With 14% sal, 14% lactic, 14% resorcinol. This oxygenates and detoxifies skin reducing hyperpigmentation. This is antibacterial, antiseptic, and astringent. It deters oil production and is great for acne-prone skin. A strong peel is great for acne-prone skin and helps cell turnover and relieve congested acne.
SAL 20
SAL 20 is a strong exfoliation and stimulates desquamation and helps turnover. This is great for acne-prone skin oxygenates and detoxifies the skin. Helps with free radicals. Great for acne skin that needs enhancement.
